All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
